Why does it cost more than a €10 rivière?
Because it's made to last. Each product page tells you the material (316L stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, or gold and silver plating over steel), and our Rivière Éclat pieces have each zirconia set one by one and a reinforced clasp. It also arrives in its LOBA box, and you have 30 days to return it if you're not convinced (unworn and in its packaging).
Does it rust or tarnish?
Our 316L stainless steel pieces don't rust or tarnish, and they're hypoallergenic. 925 sterling silver pieces and those with gold or silver plating need a little more care: keep them in their box and avoid perfume and creams. Each product page tells you what your piece is made of.
Which size should I order?
Each product page shows the available sizes. If you're unsure, email us at info@lobabarcelona.com and we'll help you choose. If it still doesn't fit, you can return it unworn within 30 days (we cover the return shipping) and order the other size; that new order pays standard shipping, which is free to mainland Spain from €59.
When will it arrive?
If you order before 12:00 on a working day, it ships the same day. To mainland Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands it arrives within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive the tracking code by email.
How much is shipping?
To mainland Spain, €7.99, and free from €59. To the Balearic Islands, €15. To Portugal and the rest of the European Union, €25. We don't ship to the Canary Islands. You'll see the exact amount before paying.
Does it arrive ready to gift?
Yes. Every piece travels in its LOBA box, and you can add a personalised note for €1.99 from the cart.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging. Email us at info@lobabarcelona.com with your order number and a few photos; if the return is accepted, we cover the return shipping and refund you within 5 to 10 business days.
What if it has a manufacturing defect?
You have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Email us at info@lobabarcelona.com with your order number and photos of the problem; if it's confirmed, we'll send you an identical piece or refund you, and we cover the shipping. Everyday wear and damage from knocks or misuse aren't covered (full details in our refund policy).
